We are saddened by the passing of one of Morg's biggest and most dedicated fans, Joonas "Jeeper" Härkönen. Wherever he is now, we wish him the best of luck.

We are sorry to announce that our drummer Turkka has left the band in order to concentrate fully on his family. Turkka remains to be our good friend and we wish him nothing but the best on the path he has chosen. Meanwhile, we remain without drummer for the time being, and though we aren't actively seeking a replacement for Turkka, if you know how to play drums and you know it, clap your hands, and if you would like to join us, send us a message to morg at raa.to.

The latest issue of Miasma magazine (5/2008, should be out soon) features an interview with Morg and the next one (6/2008) features an article of some sort of the first ever Ruttoklubi gig, at which we played. Check 'em out!

The cd versions of Monolith EP are unleashed upon the world and can be bought from us and such Helsinki record stores as Keltainen Jäänsärkijä, Stupido Shop and Combat Rock Shop. We've also got a gig coming up next saturday, so be there.

Almost two weeks ago Turkka became the father of a little baby girl. Congratulations for him! Also, Chris's conscription time is nearing its end, so we'll have a fully capable Morg on our hands soon and we're planning on gigging quite a lot.

Morg took part in the annual Ääni & Vimma band contest, but didn't qualify for semifinals. This has, however, just pushed the band to try harder. Hear one song recorded live at Ääni & Vimma in www.mikseri.net/morg. The music section of the site has been reformed a bit.

Today Morg made a brief visit to the studio of Vikke Niskanen to record a cover version of Slayer's "Bloodline", although Antti still needs to re-record his guitar track next friday. Expect the track to appear on the site within a month from this.
